From the State of Oaxaca, in Jalapa de Díaz, comes this garments of ancestral designs over the 
pictorial imaginary of autochthonous ethnic groups.  In a multicolor or in a contrast of two tones, they achieved to translate singular creations in everyday garments, with the creative dignity that only the oaxacain artisans can create. 

Entirely hand embroidered and with a trim on the end borders.  Its covered on the back with a gentle black velvet that frames it perfectly and brings it a delicate texture to the tact. 

This garment could be used over the shoulders or as s foulard and can work also as a table runner or as a bed runner.  Whomever gets this special pieces will take with them the finest pieces that underlines respect por the indigenous tradition, very appreciated around the world. 

Sizes vary due to the artesanal process.  They will never be exact, but very close to the indicated.  The garment shrinks differently when the embroidery is finished, due to the tight or loose embroidery.. so the size gets transformed a little, and a vary in size is expected.

CARE RECOMMENDATIONS: 

ALL the garments and embroideries that you can see at the store are machine washable at home. The only thing you should care about is the soap (mainly reason why we don´t recommend sending them to the dry cleaner: the chemicals they use). The chemicals is what ruins the threads. So you have to look for a liquid soap for your machine washer that doesn’t have much chemics. We found out that the brand “Arm & Hammer” has few chemics if you can find it there. I use one in Mexico called Zote that has 2 ingredients so that’s very helpful. Now  if an accident happens we treat the stain as locally as possible and then we recommend to wash it normally with machine washer. 

With machine washer you just have to use the quick or gentle cycle and you’ll be more than fine. One important thing is that NEVER NEVER NEVER use dryer. Heat damages threads and that’s the mainly reason for not using the dryer. 

Machine washer nets also help. Machine washers with a new technology treats garment very good, so if yours is not that one we recommend the nets. For black, blue or red color  threads we also recommend dye trapping sheets which you can throw them inside the washing machine and just forget about any problem with colors. You even can find there´s a lot of brands.
