This hand-embroidered Otomí poncho is made in Tenango de Doria, Hidalgo — where each figure is drawn and stitched by hand, carrying a visual language rooted in tradition.

CRAFTSMANSHIP
Each poncho is entirely handmade using 100% cotton fabric and thread.
The embroidery is built stitch by stitch, a process that takes around 3 weeks to complete.
No machines.
No printing.
Only time, hands, and attention.
Each piece holds slight variations — not imperfections, but the mark of real work.
HOW IT WEARS
Designed as a one-size piece, its structure without sleeves allows it to adapt naturally to different bodies.

CARE
Wash in cold water using a gentle cycle and mild detergent.
Avoid dry cleaning — harsh chemicals damage the threads.
Do not use a dryer. Heat weakens the embroidery.
