This one-of-a-kind Otomi wall textile features tan embroidery stitched by hand in Tenango de Doria, Hidalgo using traditional embroidery techniques passed through generations.
Each motif is first drawn directly onto cotton fabric and then embroidered over more than five weeks of detailed work, creating texture and movement impossible to reproduce by machine.
No printing. No mass production. Only thread, fabric and human hands.
